about sweet peach paper
There’s not much behind Sweet Peach Paper. Just a girl, standing in front of a piece of paper, asking it to love her. ( slight adaptation from the critically acclaimed Notting Hill )
Jenni currently resides in the ever-fabulous Dallas, Texas with her husband, Paul, and three daughters, Ann Elise, Margaret, and now, baby Georgia. But the place she calls home is the ever-southern, ever-pleasant, ever-delightful Atlanta, Georgia.
In college, Jenni designed the front-page news for her school’s newspaper, The Samford Crimson, worked as a graphic design artist for the university’s various magazine publications, and was awarded the Southeastern Journalism Conference’s “Best Magazine Page Designer” in 2007.
But, as she recalls, her favorite creative endeavors were for a handful of engaged friends during their senior year.
It was not until Jenni was engaged in the fall of 2009 that she truly experienced the delights that paper had to offer. After designing and printing her own wedding invitation suite and other paper goods, she was hooked. And so, Sweet Peach Paper was born. Now scores of weddings and Christmas cards, baby showers and birth announcements later, Jenni loves to check the mailbox as much as when she was a child and typefaces and new postage stamp releases still set her heart a flutter.
Most of all, she loves sharing in the celebration of friends and family around her.
Ann Elise is named for her maternal great-grandmother, Ann, and grandmother, Elise, and Margaret is named for her paternal great-grandmother, Margaret, and maternal grandfather, James. And baby Georgia, well, you can guess the inspiration for her's.
Nostalgia and southern roots run deep, deep.
